Joann Stores :: Park Lane Paperie :: Organic Cotton :: Cards
Hello! Happy August to you! I recently got the chance to play with some of Joann's new paper stacks from their Park Lane Paperie brand. They are absolutely beautiful! I'm featuring Organic Cotton today, which is honestly one of the most gorgeous paper collections I've seen! (Yes, this is a sponsored post, but it's really pretty, guys!)
Organic Cotton features 34 sheets of high quality 12 x 12 patterned papers, most of which are double sided, and there are even some specialty papers like printed vellum, rose gold foil card stock, and my favorite, fabric paper!
Let's start with a card I used the fabric on--the purple floral design from the base panel is fabric. I allowed it to curl up slightly for dimension. On top of that is an ochre-hued paper with some polka dots on it, and atop that is a 3" x 4" journaling card. There are 2 sheets of journaling cards you can trim down, and they're not just for journaling--I've used them for their sentiments and embellishing on all of my cards here today.
I used a 'shine' Thicker and I made a paper bow from matching textured cardstock found in the back of each stack. You really have everything you need in one pad!
Next up is a 4.25" square card featuring the 'hello gorgeous' journaling card as the centerpiece. The sentiments on most of the cards are rose gold foil so if you love foil and/or rose gold like I do, you'll NEED this collection!
I layered the floral card on an ochre card with a 4" doily in between--that's not from the paper pad, but the gray patterned paper underneath them is. To match the rose gold, I created a double bow from some metallic ribbon.
Thanks for stopping by today--I'll see you again soon!
