Ink to Paper :: February 2021 Release :: Day Four

It's the last day of Ink to Paper's February release introductions--that means the big day for the items to be available in the shop is tomorrow!  We're focusing on absolutely gorgeous sets today, so let's get right to them!

Something a little different is up first--She Blooms, and it's so beautiful, featuring a stunning gown.  I kept mine mostly pink, using a mix of Pale Peony, Berry Sorbet, and Pure Poppy.  There are dies for cutting out the woman wearing the gown, and for cutting out the gown only.  I stamped the woman on white cardstock and then stamped and die cut the gown, attaching it with 3-D foam stickers for a little dimension.

The woman in her gown stands out well on its own, so I chose to keep the rest of the elements to a minimum.  I wanted to frame the piece, and the edges of the Border Bling: Joy frame worked perfectly of this; cut from Luxe Gold cardstock, it mimics an actual photo in a frame.

Finally for February, another set of florals is on the agenda, and the chatter amongst the Design Team is that it's a new go-to set for many of us.  It's called Effortless Beauties, and it absolutely is both effortless and beautiful!  I used every single flower and leaf in the set on this card, even cutting a few of them from vellum.

The Feathered Friends 8 die is another introduction today, and this friend is also very easy to put together.  I had so much color in the floral bouquet that I decided to keep the bird mostly white, save for his eye and beak, which are cut from Smokey Shadow.  He's perched on a branch--from the Feathered Friends Mini set showcased yesterday.

My sentiment is also found in Effortless Beauties.  There are three different choices, and all can be die cut, so again--super-effortless!
