Ink to Paper :: February 2021 Release :: Day One

Hello all!  It's once again the 16th of the month and we're just getting to the monthly release introductions--thank you for your patience!  The release has been pushed until the 20th, so that means that all the products we're showing you over the next few days will make their debut in the Ink to Paper shop that evening at 10pm EST.  Better mark your calendars, just in case you forget!  We're fairly certain that things will be back to normal next month.  Nevertheless, we have arrived at the very first day of new product introductions, and what better way to kick it off than with a whole lot of sweetness?

We're starting the day with a cute new set called Sweet Hoppiness, which features a darling little bunny--thus the name--and a few happy florals to accompany him (or her).  I sat her in a little basket made of twigs--or an Easter basket, if you'd like--then adorned the basket with a few flowers.  My background is a pattern I stamped featuring the same flora; I was going for cheerful and colorful today--very spring-like.

I stamped the sentiment in Bright Buttercup, then layered it on a Pale Peony tag with a few more die cuts to match.  A bright heart frame finishes off the card, which was inspired by my daughter.

Supplies:
Stamps: Sweet Hoppiness, Hello Pumpkin
Ink: Pale Peony, Tropical Teal, Aqua Mist, Hibiscus Burst, Bright Buttercup, Limeade Ice
Paper: Pale Peony, Bright Buttercup, Stamper's Select White
Other: twine

Up next is a super-adorable rainbow frame set called Rainbow Arches, and it's paired with the new Tiny Blooms stamp and die collection.  If you love itty bitty flowers, this set is for you!

I did a lot of background stamping today--you can make such fun background paper with the little blooms, I always feel!  I trimmed the rainbow frame out of Melon Berry cardstock, then layered the leafy rainbow arch in the center.  The background rainbow is cut from the flowery paper I stamped.

The base of this square card is also stamped with a design of teensy branches and dots; I stamped those in Pale Peony on Sweet Blush paper.  Finally, a little 'thanks' goes a long way...

Supplies:
Stamps: Tiny Blooms
Ink: Pale Peony, New Leaf, Saffron Spice, Aqua Mist, Watermark
Paper: Pale Peony, Pure Poppy, Melon Berry, Stamper's Select White
Dies: Tiny Blooms, Rainbow Arches
Other: white embossing powder

Thanks again for tuning in a little late this month--I'll be here for the next 3 days, as well, with the release on the 20th.  Be sure to check out the Ink to Paper/Papertrey Ink blog today for all the product details and lots of amazing inspiration by my fellow Design Team members.  Hope your week is off to a great start so far!
