Papertrey Ink :: June 2021 Release :: Day Three

It's Day Three already of the Ink to Paper/Papertrey Ink June release reveal--it's going by so fast!  Are you feeling the itch for summer to get here or to get to the beach or to travel?  Maybe all of those things?! There's a bit more luggage-inspired product in today's lineup, and some shoes!  Ha-ha--I bet you weren't expecting that :)

Continuing with the destination anywhere-theme, let me introduce the Vintage Suitcase box die.  Where yesterday's Vintage Suitcase (or modern, if you'd rather) was a gift card slider, this die is an actual little gift box that you can decorate in a vintage style.  It has the straps, corner details, handle, and buckles, along with a luggage tag and a mini stamp set with some apropos phrases and accessories to add to your box and tag.

I paired mine with the Vintage Travel stamps and dies, as well, attaching some sentiments and icons to the front of the box.

I've adhered the buckles, handle, and two small straps to the top, where the box opens.

Inside, you can fit small items like face masks, hand sanitizer, a gift card, or even a small bottle of sunscreen to give to your traveling companion.

And the final touch is the tag.  This is such a cute set!

For my second card of the day, I've used the new Walk With Me stamps and dies to make a card for my son to give one of his friends.  The checkered skater shoes are all the boys like to wear these days, so this set--which also features casual sandals and lace-up sneakers--was absolutely perfect!

I created my own sentiment from a couple of older Just Sentiments sets, and the alphabet stamps found in Garden Party.  'Best mate' seemed very fitting!
