Pinkfresh Studio Holiday Stamp & Die Release Blog Hop

Season's Greetings!  There's a new Pinkfresh Studio stamp and die release today and it's all about the holidays!  That means we're having a festive blog hop to go along with it, and as always, you have a chance to be inspired and to win some great prizes--like the entire release.  I've provided some links and info here in my post, but the whole list of participating blogs, as well as all the new product details can be found on the Pinkfresh blog HERE.  You may have arrived here from Rachel's blog, in which case you've no doubt seen something gorgeous!  You're probably in the mood for more pretty things, so let's not waste any time--I have 3 projects to get to and you've got a lot of hopping to do.

I've concentrated my projects on the Layered Wreath dies, creating a set of tags with that wreath, and I've got 3 different examples.  I paired my dies with the Home For the Holidays paper collection for some extra fun!  My first tag uses all the dies that come in the set.  I cut 2 wreaths from different papers and then used the smaller branch dies to fill out the top layer and add some differentiation.  I used the same paper for those as the bottom layer of the wreath, and then cut some little flowers from a pinkish-reddish paper, arranging them around the wreath at even intervals.

The flowers are topped with light pink crystal jewels, and you'll also see some ochre colored bitty circles dotted around the wreath; these are also made with one of the dies to mimic berries.  For the middle of the tag, I used the round Classic Tag die on all of the wreath tags; it's a perfect fit and you can loop ribbon or twine through the hole to attach these tags to packages, like the red cotton trim I've used.

I'm so excited for the new Classic Holiday Word dies, which I used here for a quick holiday sentiment--'Joy and Cheer.'  I trimmed the words from silver glitter cardstock and stitched them to the tag.

The next tag is a bit different.  I cut 2 of the wreaths from plain white cardstock and then took some small branch stamps to fill in for a classic-looking evergreen wreath.  The branches can be found in the new Sparkle With Magic and Cozy Christmas Wishes stamp sets.

You might notice some pretty inks and they're part of a HUGE Pinkfresh release that is happening next month!!  You're going to want to stay tuned because it's a pretty big deal!!  All the inks I've used today are the Pinkfresh brand.  For this tag, I used 3 different greens with the branch stamps, and I stamped them repetitively on the top and bottom wreath die cuts.

For berries this time, I used deep red crystals, and I've cut a circle tag from silver paper.  For my sentiment, I chose a ribbon swath piece from the Home For the Holidays ephemera pack.

On my last tag, I capitalized on matching a cute stamped sentiment with the beautiful village paper featuring snow-covered houses.   There's a stamp in the Merry Days set that says, 'From our home to yours' and it was too perfect not to use, especially on a gift tag.

The top wreath is a snowy dark blue pattern over a white cardstock wreath that's been softly inked up with a coral-colored ink and blending brush.  The interior of this tag with all the detailed houses on it is a busy pattern so I chose simple designs for the wreaths, and then added some of the tiny dots in silvery glitter.

You can use the layered wreath in so many ways--and I know it will be an adorable addition to cards, too.  These were a few packaging-centric ideas and I'm looking forward to trying more!

You'll be moving onto TaeEun's blog next, and she never disappoints with her beautiful work!  Before you leave, though, I've just got a couple more things to tell you about the release and the prizes...

Pinkfresh is giving away the entire Holiday Release on their blog and also on their Instagram page.  Each blog on the hop will be giving away a $25 gift card and the winners will be picked from the comments, so be sure to leave some love along your journey today!

*Winners will be picked and posted on Monday, October 7th, on the Pinkfresh Studio GIVEAWAY PAGEYou must check that page & claim your prize within 2 weeks.

PF will be offering free shipping on US orders over $100.  No code is necessary.

Enjoy the rest of the hop and I hope you get inspired to get a head start on some holiday crafting!
